This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 323, 341, 324, 325, 326, 337, 338, 307, 333, 353, 427, 504, 506, 153A and 295A of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It appears that similarly situated co-accused, Iftekhar @ Iftekhar Ahmad, has already been allowed bail by a different Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 14224 of 2016 on 07.04.2016.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 132 of 2011 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
