Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tekari (Panchanpur) P.S. Case No. 6 of 2012 registered under Sections- 342, 323, 498A, 436 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is husband of the informant. Petitioner never demanded any dowry from the informant. Petitioner is ready to keep her with full honour and dignity but it is the informant who does not want to live with him. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 27.12.2016.
