Petitioner is in custody since 04.02.2017 in connection with Dehri Mahila P.S. Case No. 78 of 2016 registered under Sections 498(A), 366(A), 323, 341, 406, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. In fact, the petitioner happens to be cousin (Mousera brother) of the husband of the informant living separately from the in-laws of the informant and have no concern with the matrimonial dispute of the informant and her husband. So far allegation of abduction of nice of the informant is concerned, it is crystal clear from the statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C., which is

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dehri Mahila P.S.
