This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Taraiya P.S. Case No.101 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 303(2), 317(2), 317(4), 317(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner is accused of committing theft of a bicycle.

The petitioner is in custody since 11.04.2025. He claims clean antecedent.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed. 6.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38407 of 2025(2) dt.25-06-2025 2/2 the learned A.C.J.M.- XIII, Saran at Chapra / concerned Court below, in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No.101 of 2025. 7.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Taraiya Police Station, District- Saran on first Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

At the time of accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner, the Court below shall verify the fact whether the petitioner has clean antecedent or not. If it is found that the petitioner has clean antecedent then only his bail bonds shall be accepted by the Court below.
