Petitioner seeks bail in Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.214 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been made accused merely on suspicion.

In the written report, it is alleged that petitioner disclosed that earlier also he has committed offence at the jewellery shop, but no such case was instituted against him. It is further alleged that one loaded country made pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 10.04.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37018 of 2019(2) dt.20-06-2019 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.214 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) J. Alam/- U T
