The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant alleged that while he was near his flour mill situated in Godhana market, two persons Raja Khan and Anil Singh came. Raja Khan opened two firing which hit the informant. It is alleged that Raja Khan had stayed at the house of Abbas Khan @ Abbash Khan, the petitioner.
It appears that the petitioner was not found on the place of occurrence. The petitioner has been implicated in this case only because the petitioner happened to be uncle of Raja Khan. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

No.26877 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra in Mashrak P.S.
