The petitioner seeks bail in Riga P.S. Case No. 210 of 2016 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

One loaded country made pistol is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 24.09.2016. The petitioner has remained in jail for more than seven months. It is submitted that the petitioner is on bail in other cases registered against him.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21090 of 2017 (2) dt.04-05-2017 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 210 of 2016.
