Petitioner seeks bail in Patliputra P.S. Case No. 17 of 2017 for the offences punishable under 30(a), 32(1)(2) and 38(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. It is alleged that three bottles of Royal Stag foreign liquor, has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 13.01.2017. The petitioner has also got no criminal antecedent as mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of this petition.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, this petition for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21221 of 2017 (2) dt.10-05-2017 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 17 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge-XII cum A.C.J.M., Patna subject to the condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
