In the present application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks quashing of the first information report of Jokihat (Mahalgaoun) P.S. Case No. 101 of 2014 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 406 and 409 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegations made in the FIR do attract the ingredients of the offence alleged.
