Petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2016 in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 650 of 2016 registered under Sections 414 and 401 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. In fact, the petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of suspicion only. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in custody for the last six months.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the
