This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Some unknown person committed theft of motorcycle of the informant. The same was recovered from the possession of Durwesh. In the confessional statement of Durwesh the name of the petitioner transpired and the petitioner is in custody since 30.09.2016.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 610 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, or successor Court.
