The petitioner seeks bail in Jaipur P.S. Case No. 01/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3, 4 of the Explosive Substances Act.
The informant alleged that while he was returning along with his brother Hari Kishore Yadav and son Ajay Yadav, the petitioner Sanjay Yadav, Naresh Yadav and Rajesh Yadav exploded bomb from a bush. The informant got injured. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant got 04 injuries, but all the injuries are simple in nature. Similarly situated co-accused Naresh Yadav and Rajesh Yadav have already been granted bail vide order dated 12.04.2017 passed
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20505 of 2017 (2) dt.03-05-2017 in Cr. Misc. 15580/2017 by a coordinate bench of this court. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing and the petitioner is in jail since 25.11.2016.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge Ist, Banka in connection with Jaipur P.S.
