Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged against the petitioner that he took the informant's grand-son to the shop of Surendra Sah. Subsequently, gun shot firing was made, when it is alleged that petitioner and co-accused Sandeep Kumar resorted to fire.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that only one injury has been found and during investigation it has been found that the firing was made by coaccused Sandeep Kumar. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26800 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 289 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.

With the above observation this application is disposed of.
