JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 461, 120(B) and 506 of the I.P.C.

Accusation is that the accused persons including the petitioner committed fraud with the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 29.9.2016 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is alleged to have sold the land to the informant and the same land has also been sold to some other persons. There is title suit pending between the petitioner and the informant and others

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52617 of 2016 (2) dt.15-12-2016 2/2 in respect to the same piece of land. The matter relates to civil dispute.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jhanjharpur (Madhubani) in connection with Phulparas P.S. case No.186 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No.1112 of 2013. (Sudhir Singh, J) Narendra/- U T
