Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Country made liquor was recovered from the house of this petitioner.

Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on completion of three months of custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
