The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 11 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections-429 & 409 of the Indian Penal Code. At the outset, it is pointed out on behalf of petitioner that the construction of toilet has already been completed, which is evidence from Annexure-2 to this petition and he also produced the completion certificate before this court at the time of hearing.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of

No.29035 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 11 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjeev Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Araria subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
