The petitioner seeks bail in Bochahan P.S. Case No. 126 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 47, 47(A), 48(ii), 51 and 53 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

The petitioner was apprehended and he is said to have disclosed that whisky was kept in Bolero vehicle bearing Registration Number BR06 PB-7800, on such different brands of whisky were recovered.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for four months, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46299 of 2016 (3) dt.20-12-2016 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Sub Judge 11th, Muzaffarpur in Bochahan P.S. Case No. 126 of 2016.
