25-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 281 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 41(i)(ii) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 17 liters & 280 ml. of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 25.06.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
