Case No.131 of 2011.

It has been submitted that in the instant case trial has begun after framing of charge in the Court below. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to raise the points as taken in the present application as well as other points in the Court below at the appropriate stage.

In view of such, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
