The petitioners seek bail in Mahishi P.S. Case No. 113 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and some other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant alleged that some occurrence took place due to cutting of grass. Petitioner no. 1 Chando Bind @ Chandra Shekhar Matho is alleged to have fired which hit Ramdeo Yadav, the father of the informant and Rajendra Bind @ Rajendra Mahto is alleged to have assaulted the informant on his head and hand. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Ramdeo Yadav, father of the informant, did not receive any

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54484 of 2016 (2) dt.12-01-2017 2/2 firearm injury. The informant got three injuries and all the three injuries are simple in nature. There is a counter version. The petitioners are in jail for last five months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Mahishi P.S.
