The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. case No. 43 of 2017 for an offence under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of mistreating the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is next door neighbour of the brother-in-law of the informant where the informant is presently residing. The allegation of snatching chain is against two unknown and not against this petitioner. In para-3 of the petition the petitioner has

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20274 of 2017 (2) dt.07-06-2017 2/2 made statement that he has no criminal antecedent. On instruction counsel for the petitioner informed this Court that the petitioner is an employee of Sinha Tent House, Naisarai, Biharsharif.

In view of the facts and circumstances mentioned above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif or the successor Court in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 43 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and subject to the further condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be the owner of the Sinha Tent House and the other shall be the father of the petitioner.
