2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sadar (Muzaffarpur) P.S. Case No. 521 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 238 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have killed the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 04.09.2025.

5. The informant had suspected the hand of the petitioner and others in the crime as they were threatening the informant because of her son Jai Prakash Kumar.

6. In the trial, out of five charge-sheeted witnesses,

7. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

8. Considering the gravity of the offence and also the fact that the trial is on the verge of completion, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

9. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

10. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur is directed to ensure the appearance of the doctor on the next date fixed in the trial as the trial is held up because of his non appearance.

11. If the trail is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

12. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur forthwith through FAX or e-mail for its compliance.
