JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of torturing and killing due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she has got no criminal antecedent. She is mother-in-law of the deceased. She is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with
