Petitioner is accused in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 200 of 2016 registered under Sections 386, 419, 420, 467, 468, 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

The accusation is that the petitioner and six other accused persons were found to be impersonating as D.T.O. and from the possession of this petitioner, two mobiles of Carbon Company were recovered.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is also submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Sunil Kant Lohani, Sunny Kumar and Lalan Prasad have

Nos. 47432 of 2016, 52503 of 2016 and 50905 of 2016 and petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Patna City, Patna in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 200 of 2016.
