2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 66 of 2025 dated 11.02.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 310(4) and 310(5) of the B.N.S. and Sections 25(1B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that as per the prosecution's case seven accused persons including the petitioner were found travelling in a tempo and they were apprehended but from the possession of the petitioner, only one mobile phone is alleged to have been recovered by the police except this, nothing incriminating material was found from his person though from the possession of other apprehended co-accused persons, some incriminating material such as firearm etc. were recovered, one co-accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39346 of 2025(2) dt.04-07-2025 2/2 carrying similar nature of allegation from whose possession one mobile phone was recovered, has been granted bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.06.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38552 of 2025. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 11.02.2025 and the investigation has been completed against him, though he has criminal antecedents of two cases but he is already on bail in one of them.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel and mainly the petitioner's custody period and the completion of investigation against him, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 66 of 2025.
