The petitioner seeks bail in Muzaffarpur Railway P.S. case No. 24 of 2015 under Section 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended in Sahebganj P.S. case No. 106 of 2015 and a stolen motor cycle was recovered from his possession for which the case was registered under Section 414 of the IPC. The petitioner confessed his guilt and disclosed his involvement and stated that he committed theft of motor cycle of the present case.

It is submitted that petitioner is in jail since 11.06.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than one year and five months.

No.37508 of 2016 (3) dt.18-11-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur (Saran) in Muzaffarpur Railway P.S. Case No. 24 of 2015.
