2. The accused/petitioner is named in the FIR and apprehending his arrest in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No.133 of 2026 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code (in short 'IPC').

3. Allegation against the petitioner is to obtain the job of Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged document.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that at the time of appointment, the

No.41754 of 2026(3) dt.31-07-2026 2/3 certificate/document deposited by petitioner in support of his eligibility was duly verified by the concerned department, but later on same has been declared as forged and fabricated without proper enquiry or giving any notice to the petitioner to place his case before the department. It is therefore, in the background of same, the petitioner has already been suspended and departmental proceedings has initiated against him. Petitioner claimed clean antecedent.

Mr. Ajay Mishra, learned APP for the State duly assisted by learned counsel for the Vigilance, Mrs. Rasika while opposing the prayer of bail submitted that petitioner failed to avail the "amnesty schemes" as approved by the Division Bench of this Court time to time and therefore, the prayer of anticipatory bail of petitioner is liable to be rejected.

6. In view of aforesaid factual submissions and by taking note of fact as prima-facie no notice was given to petitioner to justify his case qua his educational documents, which was verified initially by the department at the time of his joining, accordingly, the petitioner above-named, who is

No.41754 of 2026(3) dt.31-07-2026 3/3 a man of clean antecedent, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S.
