The petitioner seeks bail in Complaint Case No. C25(7)/2017, Excise Case No. 229 of 2016-17 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 37(b) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Only 200 m.l. of country-made liquor is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 23.02.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in
