JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

According to the FIR informant was married with the petitioner two years back and she went to her matrimonial home. There the petitioner and her in-laws started to demand motorcycle and due to non-fulfilment of the same they started torture to her physically and mentally. At least, her mother called her from her naihar where she has been living.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26975 of 2015 (3) dt.24-09-2015 the counsel for the informant that both the parties are agreed to stay together. The informant is also present in the Court and she has expressed to stay together with the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Majhaulia P.S.Case No.239 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The informant will be at liberty to file a cancellation petition if the husband fails to keep the informant with all respect and dignity.
