2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code pending in the learned court below.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner has secured the job on the basis of the forged documents.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has been appointed on the said job on the basis of the intermediate and his certificates are valid and genuine. He submits that the petitioner has been removed from the service and having no source of

5. Learned APP for the State along opposes for prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the fact that the petitioner has been removed from the service, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court below, where the case is pending/Successor court, in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No.471 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
