The petitioner Md. Zubair Alam @ Md. Zubair apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 1308C of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is the husband. The wife made allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioner. During course of hearing of the anticipatory bail petition before the learned Sessions Judge, it appears that the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is no scope for compromise, but the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a chance be given as there is very likelihood of compromise. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is chance of settlement of dispute
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.346 of 2015 (2) dt.07-01-2015 between the husband and wife, the petitioner is directed to surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and the court below shall enlarge the petitioner on provisional bail for two weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to its own satisfaction i.e. Sri A.K. Dixit, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria in connection with Complaint Case No. 1308C of 2014 and make efforts for reconciliation of the dispute between the husband and the wife and thereafter pass order in accordance with law.
