The Petitioner seeks bail in Turkauliya (Bangariya) P.S. Case No. 516 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363,366,120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that one Rajesh Rai has enticed the married daughter of the informant. It is also alleged that Rajesh Rai earlier also took away the minor daughter of the informant namely, Rekha Devi. Petitioner is said to be the uncle of Ramesh Rai.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14695 of 2017 (2) dt.25-04-2017 2/2 (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S.
