JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-08-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 18 of 2008 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the impugned order it appears that process under Sections 82 and 83 of Cr.P.C. has already been exhausted against the petitioner and the case is of the year 2008.

Having heard both sides and in view of facts as stated above, let petitioner surrender and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order.
