The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 02 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the accused persons including the petitioner herein having broken the door of the shop of the informant and taken away articles. As far as the petitioner is concerned, he is alleged to have been caught by the villagers and only one mobile was recovered from his possession. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, he is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 03.01.2018.

Case No. 02 of 2018.
