JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-06-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Yogapatti P.S. Case No. 69 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 399, 402, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 19.02.2019. Allegation against the petitioner is that two live cartridges were recovered from his possession. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than 4 months, the Court is inclined to grant him bail. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
