Petitioners are languishing in custody for offences punishable under Sections 341/323/504/436/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
For land dispute specific allegation against the petitioner Bilesh Das @ Bilash Das is of commission of mischief of arson in the hut of the informant causing damage of the articles kept there.
Allegation against the petitioner Pramod Das is of commission of assault. Other witnesses have also supported allegation against petitioner Bilesh Das @ Bilash Das. He is in custody since 23.02.2017.

No.20543 of 2017 (3) dt.20-06-2017 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner Bilesh Das @ Bilash Das, let him be released on bail after completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Khagaria, in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No.2 of 2017.
Since there is no serious allegation against petitioner Pramod Das, let him be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Khagaria, in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No.2 of 2017.
