The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Nautan (Jagdispur) P.S. Case No. 201 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Sheikh Ajimul the father of the deceased alleged that on 25/26.07.2014, his daughter Rehana Khatoon was killed by her husband and other in-laws.
It is submitted that the petitioner is mother-in-law. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The postmortem report shows that the victim did not get any external injury. The petitioner has no manner of concern with family of her son and daughter-in-law.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1795 of 2015 (2) dt.15-01-2015 petitioner is mother-in-law and no specific allegation is made against the petitioner, she, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri N.P. Singh, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nautan (Jagdispur) P.S. Case No. 201 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
