Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379, 427 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

For land dispute, the petitioners who are agnates of the petitioners, allegedly, committed assault, theft and mischief by damaging the things.

The Doctor has found simple injuries on the nonvital part and fracture of little finger as grievous. There is case and counter case.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.
