Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Laheri P.S.Case no.70 of2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 273, 278, 290, 295(A), 153(A), 429, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 11(1-L) of the Cattle Cruelty Act.

Allegation against the petitioners as per the FIR is that one truck was intercepted and 80 quintal of cattle flesh has been recovered from the truck and it is alleged that the petitioners and other accused persons are engaged in that business. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Laheri P.S.Case No.70 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
