JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Section392 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are in jail custody since 17-02-2016 and the first information report as well the impugned order suggest that petitioners are neither named in the first information report nor anything was recovered from their conscious possession and it appears that except confessional statements as well as criminal antecedents, there is nothing against these petitioners. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40672 of 2016 (3) dt.04-10-2016 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 219 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri P.C. Verma, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Khagaria.
