Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the agent of Honda Agency. He had gone to deposit the challans of the registration amount of the vehicle sold by the agency. At the same time, a raid was conducted at the District Transport Office by the authorities and the petitioner was also apprehended along with cash of Rs.1,10,000/- and it was suspected that the said amount was the government amount which was not deposited.

The petitioner has already deposited the aforesaid amount.

No.20582 of 2017 (2) dt.02-05-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram/successor Court in connection with Sasaram (Model) Police Station Case No. 330 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
