Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

For land dispute, on the order of this petitioner, coaccused Gowardhan Bind fired causing injury at the head of the wife of the informant as a result whereof she died. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner and the background of allegation, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20599 of 2017 (2) dt.02-05-2017 1st Class, Hilsa, Nalanda/Successor Court, in connection with Telhara P.S.
