The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a complaint case for the offence under Sections 323, 504, 379, 384 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The complainant alleged that the petitioners assaulted him and took away articles and clothes from his possession. It is submitted that the case is false and concocted. Some dispute arose because of payment of wages. The occurrence is said to have taken place on 9.1.2014 but the complaint petition was

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of this order, shall be released on bail in connection with Complaint.Case No. 54C of 2014 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.
