Petitioner seeks bail in Sikandra P.S. Case No.29 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 366-A/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim on her recovery has given statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., which is enclosed as Annexure-2, wherein, she has stated that she had gone with the petitioner on inducement. She was apprehended by the police. She has not alleged any allegation of committing illegal act with her by the petitioner. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
