The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 130 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence, as contained in supplementary affidavit. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.49910 of 2021(6) dt.16-05-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 130 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
