The petitioner seeks bail in Konch P.S. Case No. 46 of 2010 registered for the offences punishable under Section 323 and some other Sections of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, under Section 151 of the Railway Act and under Sections 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substances Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant lodged the case against unknown for keeping explosives on railway track. It is further submitted that during course of investigation, name of the petitioner figured in the case in paragraph 191 of the case diary which contains the supervision note of Dy. S.P. There is absolutely no material against the petitioner and the petitioner is in jail since 26.10.2016. On mere

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Gaya in Konch P.S.
