None appears on behalf of the State.

The counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 2 to 4 wherein specific avernments have been made in paragraph no-5 that substantive payments have been made under the head of the group insurance, general provident fund, leave encashment, gratuity and family pension.

At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.1728 of 2021(7) dt.07-11-2022 2/2 submits that since the substantive grievance of the petitioner has been redressed but it appears that some grievances are still pending and as such the petitioner would be satisfied that if the application would be disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to represent before the concerned authority, in case any grievance still remains pending.

In view of the submission, made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ application is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to approach before the respondent no. 4, in case any grievance still remains pending.

It is needless to say that if such representation is filed before the concerned authority, the same would be disposed of by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks.
