2. This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 451 of 2022/G.R No. 5539 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364, 365, 120B, 302, 34 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Prosecution case is that the deceased Amit Kumar Jha had left his house on motorcycle and did not come back. Subsequently, the dead body of the deceased was recovered after a month.

4. During investigation it has come that the petitioner along with other accused had killed the deceased Amit Kr. Jha under after conspiring together.

6. Another bail application of co-accused, namely, Avinash Kumar has been rejected in Cr. Misc. No. 26718 of 2023 by this Court.

7. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
