====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 29-07-2015 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. None appears on behalf of the State of Bihar. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 25.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10282 of 2015 by which the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Case No.C1-307 of 2013 with certain conditions indicated therein. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a resident of village Ranjitpur Gote, Police Station Sitamarhi, District Sitamarhi, but due to inadvertence in the aforesaid bail petition filed on behalf of the petitioner, his village name was mentioned as Runnisaidpur instead of village Ranjitpur Gote.

Therefore, despite order of bail granted by this Court, the petitioner has not been released on bail. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, order dated 25.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10282 of 2015 is modified only to the extent that petitioner should be treated to the resident of village "Ranjitpur Gote" instead of village Runnisaidpur. With the aforesaid modification, the present application stands finally disposed of.
