The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution, it is a case of commission of robbery of mobile, purse, Rs. 6,000/- cash and motorcycle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and in course of investigation, nothing incriminating material has been found from the possession of petitioner. No TIP was conducted by the police. Petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2022. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Kako (Bhelwar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 31 of 2022, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1, Jehanabad.
